Our custom ASTM A335 P9 solid finned tubes fitted with 11% chromium solid fins are engineered specifically for extreme working scenarios featuring sustained high temperature, elevated internal pressure and corrosive flue gas environments. Combining pressure-resistant alloy seamless base pipe and corrosion-proof chromium alloy fins, this dual-material composite heat exchange tube solves the common points including fin root cracking, thermal mismatch failure and rapid surface oxidation faced by ordinary carbon steel fin tubes in heavy-duty industrial heating systems.

 

1. Base Tube: ASTM A335 P9 Seamless Ferritic Alloy Steel Pipe

(1) Chemical Composition

The composition is defined by specific ranges and maximums for alloying elements that provide high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
